Inspection, Torquing and Quality Control on Heat Exchangers
This scope was done to open four heat exchanger units and carry out various work activities. The activities included non-destructive tests, destructive tests, element cleanout, replacement of parts and torquing of vessel covers. Shell and tube ends were hydro-tested against operating and MAWP of the vessel to verify vessel integrity.

Inspection, Cleaning and Refurbishment of Inlet Separators and Gas Filters
Two inlet separators and gas filters were opened, inspected and cleaned. A new mist extractor was installed in each inlet separator, new gaskets installed and vessels torqued up. The activities for the scope included nitrogen purging, confines space entry, torquing, gas testing, hydrojet cleaning, NDT inspections and parts installations.
